for the existence of midwife education Prodi s1 recognized in Fk Unair and to collect all mahasiswi2 s1 midwife who was in Fk Unair beloved.
Well, after trying hard from the year 2008, with the first Himawary Rica as chairman with another division of his 44 staff.
Finally,

This morning. . PSPB student FK Unair, using lab coats premiere.
After a long wait, with the purchase of a suit for money masing2 45rb, finally today mahasiswi2 s1 midwives to be proud of our latest lab coat. (ready foto2 nie)
After semester1 passed without any lab, this lab semester2 finally held.
- Tuesday 28 April 2009 held practicum mikrobiology. Although the demo only modest staining and Gram staining bacteria remain viable but coed PSPB.

IP can be obtained if we filed a formal petition with the obvious reasons, (reason could be because permintakan parents, etc.) are computer typed neatly and do not forget a signature.
letter submitted to the secretariat.
and the IP (if the letter and approved reasons) taken at secretarial college PSPB A.
IP so do not come out just like that, wearing a formal procedure. .

Syarat dan tempat pendaftaran ulang
1. pelaksanaan daftar ulang bagi seluruh mahasiswa dilaksanakan di : Sub Bagian Akademik Fakultas masing-masing dengan menunjukan bukti pembayaran SOP semester genap tahun akademik 2008/2009.
" rek info yang didapat, kita(PB S1) bayar dulu di Bank nanti bukti pembayaran di Fotocopy 2lembar lalu dikasih ke kantor Bagian Pendidikan ke pak.Junaidi 1lembar (uasahakan bukti yang asli) dan kesekretariatan PSPB 1 lembar(fotocopy), semuanya ada di kampus A FK UNAIR)"
2. untuk mahasiswa angkatan tahun 2003 yang masa berlakunya kartu BARCODE sudah habis , daftar ulang dilaksanakan di : SIE Registrasi dan statistik karunair dengan membawa / menunjukan bukti SOP semester genap 2008/2009
3. Untuk membayar SOP mahasiswa tidak perlu menulis nomer rekening , cukup menulis , Nama : Nim: Fakultas:
4. pembayaran SOP tidak dapat dilakukan dengan cara transfer.

mahasiswa yang mengajukan permohonan penundaan pembayaran SOP, cuti akademik dapat mengajukan mulai tanggal 12 Januari 2009 s.d. 30 Januari 2009 yang ditunjukan kepada rektor melalui direktur pendidikan.
perlu diketahui bahwa BANK TABUNGAN NEGARA cabang unair kampus B menawarkan pinjaman tanpa angunan untuk biaya SOP bagi mahasiswa Unair yang kesulitan Dana
Bagi mahasiswa yang tidak mengajukan permohonan penundaan selanjutnya tidak akan dipertimbangkan.
Mahasiswa yang tidak melakukan pendaftaran ulang
apabila sampai tanggal 20 februari 2009 mahasiswa belum melaksanakan pendaftaran ulang, dengan alasan yang tidak dapat dipertanggungjawabkan tidak diijinkan untuk mengikuti kegiatan perkuliahan dan pembimbingan.
